All orders and requests are subject to review and confirmation by our team. Submission of an inquiry or request does not constitute a binding agreement until it has been formally acknowledged and accepted by MFZL Resources.
Once an order is confirmed, both parties are expected to adhere to the agreed terms, including material specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery arrangements.
Pricing for scrap metal is determined based on factors such as material type, quantity, market conditions, and logistics requirements. All prices provided are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the completion of any transaction. Clients are expected to fulfill payment obligations in accordance with the agreed terms. Delays or failure in payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
